Can someone come with me?

  You are welcome to bring a friend or family member. All I ask is that they sit quietly.

Will you be in control of my mind?

  Definitely not! You will remain in control at all times. When you see stage hypnotists making people do silly things, they are working with people who have volunteered to go on stage and who were expecting to behave like that. They are not doing anything they do not want to do.

Can I get stuck in a trance?

  No. However relaxed and deeply in trance you are, you can come out of it at any time you want to.

Can everyone be hypnotised?

  Yes. Some people find it easier than others, but a skilled therapist will find the right approach for every client.
